Introduction

Instituto de Telemarketing signed a partnership with CIAC (Call Center Industry Advisory Council) to provide the most accepted telemarketing certification in the world, with exclusivity in Brazil . CIAC is a non-profit organization established by the international Call Center industry. CIAC was established to develop, manage and rule the certification for Call Center professionals. CIAC is completely independent and impartial, providing and taking care of all certification processes.

The main mission of CIAC is to guarantee the patterns and maintenance of Call Center ’s managers abilities world-wide recognized by the industry. To reach this goal, CIAC studied the best practices in more than 20 countries, establishing a global standard of Excellency.
