It's necessary that candidates were currently working in Call Centers with a minimum of one year of experience in a function that is responsible for the strategical management and business leadership. Candidates who possess ability and required experience, but aren't used in Call Centers will be able to initiate the certification process, but will only be able to reach the practical evaluations after being employed in a Call Center .
Only will be considered approved candidates who: (1) Reach a minimum of 75% in each one of the four domains; (2) In the 360° Evaluation, obtaining an average exploitation of 3,0 (in a scale of 0 - 5) in each area of this evaluation and minimum final exploitation of 3,5 in total the 360°Evaluation. All evaluations, for all certification assignments, must be completed in the period of two years from the initial date of register for the certification.
