CIAC Certification can be obtained through a structure of professional development that consists of:

Apprenticeship based on the best patterns of performance proceeding from the best practices of the Call Center industry. Those patterns are specific for each function requirements and leads to performance based on results.

Tests that validate the competencies and the abilities to play a role. The validity of CIAC Certification has been established through psychometrics analyses that assure that tests are free of biases and are not discriminatory.

Re-certification to motivate continuous learning and improvements
