360º Assessment
The objective here is to assess the way an employee acts in the work environment. We realize this test in-company, followed by the employee immediate superior and other. It has to be accomplished within 3 weeks (15 days).
Work Product
It happens in-company, or at any place of your choice. Six weeks (30 days) are given to the professional to complete this assessment. After it’s done, the assessment has to be reviewed by his immediate superior and submitted to CIAC consultants assessment.
