Title: Telemarketing Institute announces new partnership in a meeting

The Telemarketing Institute will promote, at November 09 th, São Paulo , from 9h to 13h, o official release of the international partnership firmed with CIAC(Call Center Industry Advisory Council). With this agreement, Brazil will be able to capacitate and certifie the Call Center managers, such as the outsourcing companies or companies with their own Call Center . The event has the ABEMD support.

This event will count with Fredia Barry collaboration, CIAC President and Board Chairman, with the workshop “North American Market and Impacts of the Certification in Brazil such as worldwide”, and Sharon Burleau Jonston, CIAC´s representant in Canadá, that will present the real case of the before and after certification in the Canadian market. After this presentations, the event will also count with the pannel “The certification under the point of view of the brazilian and international professionals”.
