The Telemarketing Institute, company acting in Integrated Interactive and Direct Marketing- MIID, will realize in September, in São Paulo, three courses destined to directors, managers, supervisors and coordinators wrapped with telemarketing and Call Center. The courses: “Performance Management… to Monitory Evaluation”, that has as objective to capacitate professionals in transformation of monitoring calls in one guaranteed quality tool and productivity. The event will happen at 08, 10 and 12, from 6pm to 10pm.

In days 15, 17 and 19, from 6pm to 10pm, the company will minister the course “Motivation and Incentive- The motivation dynamic in a telemarketing”, which has as focus to promote a reflection about motivation in work environment. Beyond that, will qualify the participant to understand the dynamic of an incentive dynamic, such as to create and implant solutions internally as to evaluate the furnisher services hiring.

And in days 15, 17 and 19, from 6pm to 10pm , the Institute will realize the course “Active and receptive coordination to Call Center ”, that will teach how to leave the concept of ‘What to Do” to “How to Do”, aligning theory and practical knowledge updated to companies everyday need.
