Pinheiros neighborhood was chosen by the Telemarketing Institute directors to implant a central center. “After the partnership with CIAC(Call Center Industry Advisory Council), that allowed the Institute to offer courses to the brazilian Call Center managers with the bests world practices in relationship, and MIID(Marketing Integrado Interativo Direto) opening, our business unity in offshore and consultancy on centrals implant to brazilian companies, we need to be fisically close of the managers centrals, to optimize the relationship with our companies”, explains Bernardo Tobias , associated director of the Institute.

According to the executive the region, which is already a prominence at corporative property segment, and it is in the midlle of the way between Berrini, Paulista and Barra Funda, where are a considerable part of the Institute´s clients. The courses are still given in company, or in more specific places to conventions.
