The next day 14, the Telemarketing Institute starts a trajectory to the managers preparation for an international certification CIAC- certification through the training “Certified Operations Manager – CCOM”. The training focused in how to be a successful manager in Call Center industry. ABEMD associated has 10% of discount at the inscription.

The course will take place in São Paulo , Rio de Janeiro and Brasília. The training is divided in:

Module I- Call Center area planning; Module II- Competencies dominion versus Learning needs; Module III-Call Center Team development and training plan; Module IV- Individual and team performance management; Module V- Human Resources management in a Call Center; and Module VI- Building and leadership for Call Center teams.
