The Telemarketing Institute and CIAC- Call Center Industry Advisory Council, are going to promote, at November 25 th, in São Paulo , the event “Maximum Performance with CIAC certification”. The objective is to make the participants to evaluate their knowledges and identify the points that will need to be fixed to maximize the results of his operations, according to the international standards. During the event, will be spoken the following themes: Orientation of the knowledge and competencies for professionals at the telemarketing area; evaluation of the actual performance and identifying the improvement areas, so the professional can draw a development plan able to maximize their acting; how to proceed to acquire the CIAC certification and what are the practical advantages; steps to certification in Brazil.
