Headquartered in Sao Paulo, the “Telemarketing Institute of Brazil” is a pioneer in the Brazilian contact center industry and one of the first to provide training programs that teach executives how to operate a successful contact center.
The Institute has served the Brazilian marketplace for more than 15 years, providing to its partners educational and training services including programs customized for specific management and operational issues; direct marketing research; consulting, technology, CRM, and other contact center related issues.
The objective of the Telemarketing Institute of Brazil is to continuing contribute to the contact center industry and its partners the improvement of the professional quality, through providing educational services, research and development Marketing Integrated, diffusing practical and technical knowledge, beyond the connected ethical values, opening the frontiers and sharing the best practices to the rest of the world, becoming part of the American Teleservices Association Board of Directors for CALA REGiON ( Caribean and Latin America).
The Institute represents about 85% the Brazil country’s call center industry, with 300 Companies Partners and 20.000 Partners Students (mainly Contact Center executives, such as Presidents, Directors and Managers) that is recognized as the premier educational and training organization in Brazil. Credited to its highly qualified professors, already formed more than 27.000 executives for the biggest and most prestigious companies of the Brazilian Industry, that represent about 650.000 direct hobs involved, a market that generates US 22.4 billions annually, 6.3% GDP, with grow fo 21.6% annually.
